kerri-anne tenkate Kerri-Anne has extensive business process design expertise would provide assistance in the development of any new business processes.  Her business experience spans sales and operations planning, marketing analysis, product and service development, logistics and distribution and supply chain management.  Kerri-Anne works with clients to add value to their businesses and is able to utilise her skills successfully in programme and project management roles that ensure clients improvement initiatives are successfully implemented with a 'no suprises' approach.  At INTENT Group Kerri-Anne is heavily involved in the management of courses, students and assessments along with the development of key internal processes development.

Neil has 25 years of NZ manufacturing experience and has always contributed to improvements in system design, reducing waste and advancing productivity.  One of INTENT Group's key facilitators of the Diploma and Certificate in Competitive Manufacturing Management Neil is a qualified engineering journeyman who has taken the opportunity to study and up-skill.  He has been successful in many different roles in organisations that have positioned themselves using a variety of strategic competitive advantages.  Areas of experience include individual component manufacture, production machine setting supervision, tooling design, production machine design and build, production engineering, maintenance supervision, quality systems, MRP systems, factory production supervision, inventory and supply functions. 

Ginny Moore

Ginny has over 10 years experience in the food industry with a broad range of experience including technical, quality, auditing, planning, management, research and development, training, equipment commissioning, systems development and leading improvement projects.  At INTENT Group Ginny has been focused on driving improvement performance for clients through hands on mentoring and coaching of managers and teams in lean disciplines along with providing support to the development of our course assessment materials.
John Sullivan
john sullivan John has experience in medium to light engineering, with an interest in design and process improvement in surface finishing and maintenance.  John's experience spans 20 years in industry such as fabrication and plant design to performance improvements in metal finishing and maintenance.   Prior to joining INTENT Group John spent 11 years in the education sector and this experience with NZQA and unit standard requirements has been integral for INTENT Groups development of assessments for a number of our courses.  John works closely with industry training organisations (ITO's) fostering relationships to support our clients training requirements. 
Donald Bowie
donald bowie Donald is a versatile consultant with experience leading teams in professional services, media and information, communication and technology sectors.  Donald possesses the ability to think strategically, craft development plans, design organisation change, building improvement programmes and execute projects to realise business goals.  He has applied these capabilities across a wide range of industries including central and local government, manufacturing, forestry, media, transport and utilities.

Kelvin_Grey Kelvin holds a degree in manufacturing and industrial technology, on which he has built extensively in his past employment. He has considerable experience in production engineering and production management in a world class manufacturing environment.  Kelvin has a proven ability to analyse processes using advanced manufacturing principles and communicate successfully with staff at all levels within a company to exceed desired results.

Scott has held senior management roles in logistics with leading New Zealand companies for over 25 years. These roles have encompassed managing national distribution and transport operations, working as a logistics advisor to external suppliers and managing process optimisation projects. The last six years were spent managing a high profile state-of-the-art distribution centre in the South Island.  During his career he has spent time at the Walmart distribution centre in Mississauga City, Toronto, Canada, to understand logistics operations from one of the world’s best logistics operators and also visited Toyota Industries in Nagoya, Japan, to gain an understanding of the corporation’s worldwide manufacturing and distribution operations.  Scott heads up INTENT's South Island office.

Pat_Rossiter_Casual Pat has over 35 years management experience in central and regional government and commercial operations and projects, both in New Zealand and overseas.  He is a skilled project manager and military trained staff officer, meticulous in both strategic thinking and detailed operational planning and execution.  He has had extensive experience in information and communications technology infastructure, including implementation of many hardware and software systems.

Stephanie has experience in the application of quality control, simulation, forecasting, logistics, and process optimisation in manufacturing and healthcare.

Nick has a strong background in project management and continuous improvement in a range of operationally focused industries with experience in Six Sigma and lean tools and techniques.   Nick’s approach is to gain buy in at a strategic level by developing an understanding of the need for change and engaging senior management in the hands on leadership of the change programme. He has worked in a range of industries including: Consulting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, ICT and Government.

Chris Reed

Chris is an international operations professional with proven  hands-on experience of leading business improvement and change programmes  by using Lean Six Sigma and Cultural Acceptance toolkits aligned with the business strategy.  He is a certified Master Black Belt and an accomplished trainer and coach and has personally trained and mentored a total of 40 Black Belts and 200+ Green Belts in Lean Six Sigma roadmaps and tools.  Qualified to Masters Degree level in Engineering and Business Administration - with strong leadership and workshop facilitation  skills ; Chris’s passion is helping businesses change and improve their performance by coaching and empowering individuals and teams in process improvement and cultural acceptance.

Chris’ skills have been honed across numerous projects, with either a technology and/or business change focus, in both operational and consulting roles.  His experience covers a combination of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and the Toyota Production System to improve productivity and efficiency, and combines technical, financial, HR, strategy and benchmarking experience.  Chris has worked in environments from single-unit through to complex organisational structures, addressing enterprise-wide issues that span organisational boundaries. He combines this knowledge with international work experience in Japan, the UK, New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.
