Ian's experience overs continuous, batch, job shop and assemebly environments. Ian's key focus is helping manufacturing organisations deliver sustained performance improvment through "hands on" application of proven methodologies and "on the job" practical training. He is passionate about lean manufacturing and the benefits that businesses reap from this approach. |

Cheryl has undertaken management consulting and advisory roles since 1988. Consulting engagements have spanned from facilitation of strategic planning workshops, to the detailed analysis, design and documentation of business processes and business system requirements. At all times Cheryl’s primary focus is on business performance improvement from decision support through to implementation. She has a strong appreciation of the necessity for clear change management planning and is a skilled facilitator and presenter. Cheryls experience has covered work in the UK, Australia and Fiji as well as in New Zealand. With wide industry experience, she has, in the public sector, undertaken projects for Local Government and Crown entities.

Since arriving in NZ in 1995 Tom has helped deliver improved and sustainable results for a number of reputable multi-national companies through the application of strong methodologies, processes and techniques, working alongside client personnel. |

Jolyon worked as a clinical psychologist and training supervisor with the Auckland Health Board before spending ten years as Associate Director with KPMG Consulting (Human Resources). He is currently an Associate Director of INTENT Group. His experience includes counselling and outplacement; organisation design and restructuring; designing and managing assessment and development centres; leadership development and training; team building; psychometric assessment and selection; job analysis and competency analysis; HR reviews and project management. |
