Two consultants have recently joined INTENT, adding their unique skills and experience to our growing team; Adrian Tighe, an expert in Toyota’s Lean principles, who will be based in the Bay of Plenty and Stephanie Rowsell, who has experience across a large range of industries, and will be based in our Auckland office.
Adrian has vast knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes and principles, as well as training and development tools and techniques. He attained his expertise following a career in manufacturing industry with companies like ABB and NSK and in particular his 17 years with Toyota Motor Manufacturing (UK) Limited as a Senior Training and Development Specialist, rolling out the Toyota Production System and many ‘Toyota Way’ initiatives.
With seven years’ experience of consulting and training in New Zealand and his background in business improvement, Adrian has significant experience in creating World Class organisations, consulting with organisations such as Fletcher Building, New World and Whittaker’s.
“What I enjoy most is working with the managers and their teams helping them to understand and implement change and improvement. Seeing the satisfaction as the results start to be felt” said Adrian.
Stephanie has helped organisations to transform by applying her expertise in process improvement methodologies, Lean and collaborative problem-solving approaches.
Her diverse experience includes projects with an emphasis on Lean principles, benchmarking, costing, data analysis, data modelling, scenario analysis, report writing, process reviews, system requirements definition and documentation.
Stephanie has experience across a range of industries, including Manufacturing, Local Government, Health, Printing, Racing and Education.
