EastPack’s lean journey with INTENT Group has created a working environment focused on production and sustaining improvements.  Eastpack have achieved substantial change - an 11% reduction in cost per tray, heightened staff morale and engagement, team problem solving along with improved communication flow across the site.

EastPack's existing processes and systems were not meeting expectations and driving results.  INTENT recognised an opportunity for major efficiency improvements and assisted them in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing at their Te Puke site via onsite support and mentoring along with attendance of key EastPack staff on the Diploma of Competitive Manufacturing.
