Manufacturing company – building industry

Set up the change management programme to support the implementation of an ERP which was going into the 49 sites across NZ of a building products supplier. Work involved: meeting with key stakeholders to identify critical change issues and managers’ abilities to lead staff through change; running change management workshops; completing a change readiness survey across all sites; developing the communication and change project plans, including publishing newsletters; reviewing roles impacted by the ERP implementation; and providing  support to staff as required.
