CASE STUDY - Review of IT Management Processes and Practices at Sovereign

INTENT consultant Colin Kropach undertook a detail best practice assessment of Sovereign's IT function to assist Sovereign to identify how it would progress towards its long term vision in a seres of manageable steps.   Once the key opportunity areas were identified, specifc actions were developed to address the gap between the "As is" state and the "To be" model.

The results of this review identified significant customer service opportunities in all areas of customer service delivery.  In addition three key focus areas critical to Sovereign's success had action plans developed from them from the study recommendations.
