Data is king, in god we trust all others must bring data.

Sayings like “last time”, I think” are watch-outs they are solutions in disguise.

Try and develop a cheap, quick  test for your hypothesis, as Einstein said thousands of experiments can prove me right, just one can prove me wrong.

Brainstorm the best solution. It builds consensus and ownership.
