INTENT Public Courses General Terms and Conditions
Course dates, times and facilitators are occasionally subject to change. Should these change, INTENT will make every effort to information of these changes prior to the course commencement.
Should a course fail to attract a minimum number of participants, INTENT reserves the right to cancel the course. Notification of the course will be made at least 10 working days prior to the course commencement.
Enrolment, Registration and Payment Terms and Conditions
- Numbers are limited, and enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis.
- All registrations are confirmed in writing before the course commences.
- Course fees are payable prior to the course commencement
- All cancellations, substitutions and transfers must be received in writing (email, fax, mail)
- Substitution of participants is permitted at any stage at no added cost
- Failing to attend any programme incurs the full fee with no refund
Cancellations & Transfers Terms and Conditions
- Cancellations received at least 10 working days prior to course start date are permitted with no fee incurred
- Cancellations received less than 10 working days prior to course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- A course enrollee may transfer once to the next available course date. Transfers will not be accepted later than 5 working days before course start date. A 20% fee will be incurred.

To keep you informed we will hold your name and address on file. Please advise us if you do not wish to receive further information. Products purchased on this site can be returned, subject to the following conditions:

Faulty or Damaged Goods
- All tangible products purchased on this site can be returned if damaged or faulty.

Change your mind?
- DVDs cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
- Books and Stationery items can be returned (within 30 days) with proof of purchase (the receipt shipped with the item/s) for a full refund, provided the item is in an unused and re-sellable condition. Any delivery charges will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
- These items must be returned via our INTENT Group Ltd Auckland Office. The cost of returning a product you no longer want (within 30 days) is your responsibility. Any item returned in a used condition will not be refunded.
