Improve performance with remote Green Belt training
Updated: Apr 21
During this lockdown period, there exists a unique opportunity for us all to take time to reflect and consider how we can best guide the way forward.
If your work is in a management role in an operational, production, quality or maintenance environment, the next steps to improving performance will rely on your ability to confidently identify problems and apply proven techniques to solve them. If you’re unsure where to start, Intent’s Green Belt distance learning qualification may prove to be a valuable first step in managing upcoming changes in your business.
The course provides a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma problem solving and will introduce you to a range of tools and concepts using the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control (DMAIC) roadmap.
Intent Group welcomes you to participate in this online course which will commence in May 2020 (dependent on participant numbers). This New Zealand based course includes:
Six months on project one
Six months on project two (including submission for certification)
Coaching from certified and experienced coaches, applying internationally proven methods and techniques
For more information please request a Green Belt Brochure from us. Funding options are available. To determine if you are eligible, or to register your interest in this course, contact Intent Group on 09 523 0366 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
